The Prophet ﷺ freed Safiyyah and made her emancipation her dowry.
حدثنا عبد الله حدثني أبي حدثنا بهز حدثنا همام حدثنا قتادة
أن النبي ﷺ أعتق صفية وجعل عتقها صداقها
Its chain of transmission is sahih.
