The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Maintain proper posture in prostration, and let none of you spread his forearms on the ground the way a dog spreads its legs."

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال اعتدلوا في السجود ولا يبسط أحدكم ذراعيه كما يبسط الكلب
