A son of Abu Talha by Umm Sulaym died. Umm Sulaym said to her household, "Do not tell Abu Talha about his son until I am the one to tell him."Then he mentioned the meaning of Bahz's hadith, except that he said, my mother said, "Anas, do not let him be fed anything until you take him in the morning to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."So the child spent the night crying, and I spent the night leaning over him, watching over him until morning came. I took him in the morning to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he had a branding iron with him. When he saw the infant with me, he said, "Perhaps Umm Sulaym has given birth?"I said, "Yes."He then put the branding iron down from his hand and sat.

مات ابن لأبي طلحة من أم سليم قال فقالت أم سليم لأهلها لا تحدثوا أبا طلحة بابنه حتى أكون أنا أحدثه فذكر معنى حديث بهز إلا أنه قال قالت أمي يا أنس لا يطعم شيئا حتى تغدو به إلى رسول الله ﷺ قال فبات يبكي وبت مجتنحا عليه أكالئه حتى أصبحت فغدوت به إلى رسول الله ﷺ فإذا معه ميسم فلما رأى الصبي معي قال لعل أم سليم ولدت قال قلت نعم فوضع الميسم من يده وقعد
