Anas bin Malik reported,

Jibreel came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was playing with the other boys. He took hold of him, laid him on the ground, opened his chest, and extracted a clot from his heart, saying, "This is Satan's portion of you." He then washed it in a golden basin with Zamzam water, returned it to its place, and sealed him up.The boys ran to his mother, meaning his wet-nurse, and said, "Muhammad has been killed!" They went out to meet him and found him pale in complexion.Anas said to me, "I used to see the mark of the stitching on his chest."Hammad sometimes said, "Someone came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."

أن رسول الله ﷺ أتاه جبريل عليه السلام وهو يلعب مع الغلمان فأخذه فصرعه فشق عن قلبه فاستخرج منه علقة فقال هذا حظ الشيطان منك ثم غسله في طست من ذهب بماء زمزم ثم لأمه وأعاده في مكانه وجاء الغلمان يسعون إلى أمه يعني ظئره فقالوا إن محمدا قد قتل فاستقبلوه وهو منتقع اللون قال لي أنس فكنت أرى أثر المخيط في صدره وربما قال حماد إن رسول الله ﷺ أتاه آت
