Saad reported,

We set out with Ali and came to Dhu al-Hulayfah. Ali said, "I intend to combine Hajj and Umrah, so whoever wishes to do the same, let him say as I say."Then he raised his voice in talbiyah, saying, "Labbayk for Hajj and Umrah together."Salim said, "Anas bin Malik informed me, saying, 'By Allah, my foot was actually touching the foot of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he was entering ihram for both of them together.'"

عن سعد مولى الحسن بن علي قال

خرجنا مع علي فأتينا ذا الحليفة فقال علي إني أريد أن أجمع بين الحج والعمرة فمن أراد ذلك فليقل كما أقول ثم لبى قال لبيك بحجة وعمرة معا قال وقال سالم وقد أخبرني أنس بن مالك قال والله إن رجلي لتمس رجل رسول الله ﷺ وإنه ليهل بهما جميعا
