From the Prophet ﷺ. My father said, and Dahhak, meaning Ibn Makhlad, also narrated to me, saying, Shuba informed us, from Qatada, from Anas, from the Prophet ﷺ. My father also narrated to me, saying, Muhammad bin Yazid al-Wasiti narrated to us, from Hisham al-Dastawai and Shuba together, from Qatada, from Anas bin Malik, from the Prophet ﷺ, who said, "Spitting." Yazid and Dahhak bin Makhlad said in their version, "Phlegm in the mosque is a sin, and its expiation is to bury it."
