The Prophet ﷺ forbade drinking while standing.I asked, "What about eating?"He replied, "That is even worse."
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن شعبة حدثني قتادة
أن النبي ﷺ قال نهي عن الشرب قائما قال قلت فالأكل قال ذاك أشد
Its isnad is sahih. It previously appeared at 13806. In the printed edition, it reads, "He said, 'It is forbidden to.'"
