The Prophet ﷺ said, "Do not practice continuous fasting."They said, "Messenger of Allah, but you practice continuous fasting."He replied, "I am not like any of you. I spend the night," and Bahz said, "I spend the day, or I spend the night, being fed and given drink."

عن النبي ﷺ قال لا تواصلوا قالوا يا رسول الله إنك تواصل قال إني لست كأحدكم إني أبيت وقال بهز إني أظل أو أبيت أطعم وأسقى
