The Prophet ﷺ said. And my father narrated to me, Yahya bin Saeed narrated to us from Shuba, Qatada narrated to us from Anas, from the Prophet ﷺ, that he said, "The son of Adam grows old, yet two things remain young in him, greed and hope."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة وحجاج حدثني شعبة قال سمعت قتادة يحدث
عن النبي ﷺ و حدثني أبي حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن شعبة حدثنا قتادة عن أنس عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال يهرم ابن آدم وتبقى منه اثنتان الحرص والأمل
