The Prophet ﷺ, Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman used to begin their recitation with "All praise is due to Allah, Lord of all the worlds" [Fatihah 1:2].

أن النبي ﷺ وأبا بكر وعمر وعثمان كانوا يستفتحون القراءة بـ {الحمد لله رب العالمين}
