Anas bin Malik reported,

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, though I do not know whether it was something revealed or something he himself used to say, "If the son of Adam had..." Hajjaj said, "If the son of Adam had two valleys of wealth, he would long for a third. Nothing fills the belly of the son of Adam except dust, and Allah turns in mercy to whoever repents."

حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة وحجاج قال حدثني شعبة قال سمعت قتادة يحدث عن أنس بن مالك وقال حجاج في حديثه سمعت

أنس بن مالك قال

سمعت رسول الله ﷺ ولا أدري أشيء أنزل أم كان يقوله لو أن لابن آدم وقال حجاج لو كان لابن آدم واديان من مال لتمنى واديا ثالثا ولا يملأ جوف ابن آدم إلا التراب ويتوب الله على من تاب
