Anas bin Malik reported,

Abu Talha came to the Prophet ﷺ while he was on the pulpit and said to him, "What do you say about this verse that has been revealed? Allah has said, 'You will never attain righteousness until you spend from what you love' [Al Imran 3:92]. I own no property dearer to me than my land at Bayruha, and I offer it as a means of drawing near to Allah ."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "Excellent! Excellent! Bayruha is a profitable good."So he divided it among them as gardens.

أن أبا طلحة أتى النبي ﷺ وهو على المنبر فقال للنبي ﷺ ماذا ترى نزلت هذه الآية قال إن الله عز وجل قال {لن تنالوا البر حتى تنفقوا مما تحبون} وإنه ليس لي مال أحب إلي من أرضي بيرحاء وإني أتقرب بها إلى الله عز وجل قال فقال رسول الله ﷺ بخ بخ بيرحاء خير رابح فقسمها بينهم حدائق
