A man was brought before the Prophet ﷺ who had become intoxicated, so he ordered around twenty men, and each one of them struck him two lashes with palm branches and sandals.
حدثنا عفان وبهز قالا حدثنا همام حدثنا قتادة
أن رجلا رفع إلى النبي ﷺ قد سكر فأمر قريبا من عشرين رجلا فجلده كل رجل جلدتين بالجريد والنعال
