The Messenger of Allah ﷺ freed Safiyyah and made her freedom her dowry.

أعتق رسول الله ﷺ صفية وجعل عتقها صداقها
Its isnad is sahih through Thabit, and I did not find anyone who provided a biography for Abdul-Aziz bin Suhayb. The hadith has already appeared at 13440.
