The Prophet ﷺ said, "A people will come to you whose hearts are softer toward Islam than yours."The Asharis then arrived, among them Abu Musa Ashari. As they drew near to Madinah, they began chanting in rhythmic verse, saying, "Tomorrow we shall meet our beloved ones, Muhammad and his company."They were the first to introduce the practice of shaking hands.
حدثنا يحيى بن إسحاق قال أخبرنا يحيى بن أيوب حدثنا حميد الطويل قال سمعت
قال النبي ﷺ سيقدم عليكم قوم هم أرق قلوبا للإسلام منكم قال فقدم الأشعريون منهم أبو موسى الأشعري فلما قربوا من المدينة جعلوا يرتجزون وجعلوا يقولون غدا نلقى الأحبة محمدا وحزبه قال وكان هم أول من أحدث المصافحة
