Anas bin Malik described to us the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, then he stood up and led us in prayer. He performed the bowing, then stood upright for so long that some of us thought he had forgotten. Then he prostrated and sat upright for so long that some of us thought he had forgotten. Then he sat upright.

وصف لنا أنس بن مالك صلاة رسول الله ﷺ ثم قام يصلي بنا فركع فاستوى قائما حتى رأى بعضنا أنه قد نسي ثم سجد فاستوى قاعدا حتى رأى بعضنا أنه قد نسي ثم استوى قاعدا

Its isnad is sahih. It is found in Bukhari 2/301, no. 821, Fath al-Bari, in the Book of Adhan, chapter on pausing between the two prostrations, and in Muslim 1/244, no. 742, in the Book of Prayer, chapter on maintaining the proper posture in the pillars of prayer.
