Anas bin Malik reported,

I was walking with the Prophet ﷺ along one of the roads of Medina when he saw a dome made of mud bricks.He asked, "Whose is this?"I replied, "It belongs to so-and-so."He said, "Every building will be a burden upon its owner on the Day of Resurrection, except what is in a mosque or part of building a mosque." Aswad was uncertain whether he said "in" or something else.Later he passed by and did not see it, so he asked, "What happened to the dome?"I said, "Its owner heard what you said, so he tore it down."He said, "May Allah have mercy on him."

عن أنس قال

مررت مع النبي ﷺ في طريق من طرق المدينة فرأى قبة من لبن فقال لمن هذه فقلت لفلان فقال أما إن كل بناء هد على صاحبه يوم القيامة إلا ما كان في مسجد أو في بناء مسجد شك أسود أو أو أو ثم مر فلم يلقها فقال ما فعلت القبة قلت بلغ صاحبها ما قلت فهدمها قال فقال رحمه الله
