Its isnad is daif, because of Abdul-Rahman bin Ishaq. Abdullah bin Ahmad narrated it from two teachers, from Abu Bakr bin Abu Shayba from Ali bin Mushir, and from Rawh bin Abdul-Mumin from Abdul-Wahid bin Ziyad, both of them from Abdul-Rahman bin Ishaq.Rawh bin Abdul-Mumin al-Muqri was mentioned by Ibn Hibban in al-Thiqat, and Abu Hatim said he was truthful. He is among the teachers of Bukhari and Abdullah bin Ahmad, and Bukhari gave his biography in al-Kabir, 2/1/283.This hadith is a repetition of 1322.
