The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever lies about me deliberately, let him take his seat in the Fire."This is how he reported it to us, but he made an error in it. The correct narrator is Abdul-Aziz bin Suhayb.
حدثنا سليمان حدثنا شعبة عن حماد وعبد العزيز بن رفيع وعتاب مولى ابن هرمز ورابع أيضا
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال من كذب علي متعمدا فليتبوأ مقعده من النار كذا قال لنا أخطأ فيه وإنما هو عبد العزيز بن صهيب
Its isnad is sahih. Ahmad here is pointing out an error made by Shubah regarding the name of Abdul-Aziz bin Suhayb. The hadith was previously mentioned at 12736 and its duplicate.
