The Prophet ﷺ used to say in his supplication, "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from incapacity, laziness, cowardice, miserliness, decrepit old age, and the punishment of the grave. And I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and the trials of death."
حدثنا هشام بن أبي عبد الله عن قتادة
أن النبي ﷺ كان يقول في دعائه اللهم إني أعوذ بك من العجز والكسل والجبن والبخل والهرم وعذاب القبر وأعوذ بك من فتنة المحيا وفتنة الممات
Its isnad is sahih. Rawh has been dropped from the printed edition, and the hadith has already appeared at 12105 and 13066.
