The Messenger of Allah ﷺ threw the pebbles at the Jamrah, then sacrificed the camels while the barber sat waiting. He then spoke to the barber, and Hisham described this by placing his hand on his own forelock, showing how the Prophet ﷺ had the right side of his head shaved first, then distributed that hair among the people. Then the other side was shaved, and he gave that hair to Abu Talha.
