Eight men from the tribe of Ukl came to the Prophet ﷺ and accepted Islam. They found the climate of Madinah unhealthy, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ instructed them to go to the camels of charity and drink from their urine and milk. They did so and recovered. Then they apostatized, killed the herdsmen of those camels, and drove the camels away.The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent trackers after them, and they were brought back. He had their hands and feet cut off without cauterizing the wounds, until they died, and he had their eyes gouged out.

قدم على النبي ﷺ ثمانية نفر من عكل فأسلموا فاجتووا المدينة فأمرهم رسول الله ﷺ أن يأتوا إبل الصدقة فيشربوا من أبوالها وألبانها ففعلوا فصحوا فارتدوا وقتلوا رعاتها أو رعاءها وساقوها فبعث رسول الله ﷺ في طلبهم قافة فأتي بهم فقطع أيديهم وأرجلهم ولم يحسمهم حتى ماتوا وسمل أعينهم
