The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A servant remains in a state of good as long as he does not become impatient."They asked, "Messenger of Allah ﷺ, how does he become impatient?"He replied, "He says, 'I called upon my Lord, but He did not answer me.'"
حدثنا بهز حدثنا أبو هلال حدثنا قتادة
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا يزال العبد بخير ما لم يستعجل قالوا يا رسول الله ﷺ كيف يستعجل قال يقول دعوت ربي فلم يستجب لي
Its chain of transmission is hasan, because of Abu Hilal Rasibi, and Munziri graded the hadith sahih in Targheeb 2/490, as did Haythami in Majma 10/147, and Abu Naeem mentioned it through his route in Hilyah 6/309.
