The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered a date palm grove belonging to Umm Mubashir, a woman from the Ansar, and asked, "Who planted these trees, a Muslim or a disbeliever?"They replied, "A Muslim."He said, "No Muslim plants a tree from which a person, an animal, or a bird eats without it being counted as charity for him."
حدثنا بهز وحدثنا عفان قالا حدثنا أبان حدثنا قتادة
أن رسول الله ﷺ دخل نخلا لأم مبشر امرأة من الأنصار فقال من غرس هذا الغرس أمسلم أم كافر قالوا مسلم قال لا يغرس مسلم غرسا فيأكل منه إنسان أو دابة أو طائر إلا كان له صدقة
