I came along with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, together with Abu Talha, while Safiyyah was riding behind him on his she-camel. As we were traveling, the Prophet's ﷺ she-camel stumbled, throwing him and the woman to the ground. Abu Talha leapt down from his own she-camel and said, "Prophet of Allah, has any harm come to you?"He replied, "No. Attend to the woman."So Abu Talha threw his garment over his own face, then went to the woman and draped the garment over her. She rose, and he secured the saddle for them on their mount. They rode on, and we rode along with them, until we reached the outskirts of Medina. He then said, "We return, repentant, worshipping our Lord and praising Him." He kept repeating this until we entered Medina.
حدثنا إسماعيل عن يحيى بن أبي إسحاق قال
أقبلت مع رسول الله ﷺ أنا وأبو طلحة وصفية رديفته على ناقته فبينما نحن نسير إذ عثرت ناقة النبي ﷺ فصرع وصرعت المرأة فاقتحم أبو طلحة عن ناقته قال فقال يا نبي الله هل ضرك شيء قال لا عليك بالمرأة فألقى أبو طلحة ثوبه على وجهه ثم قصد المرأة فسدل الثوب عليها فقامت فشد لهما على راحلتهما فركبا وركبنا نسير حتى إذا كنا بظهر المدينة قال آيبون تائبون لربنا حامدون فلم يزل يقول ذلك حتى قدمنا المدينة
