The Prophet ﷺ used to visit Umm Sulaym, who had a son from Abu Talha known by the nickname Abu Umayr, and the Prophet ﷺ would joke with him. He came to visit and saw the boy looking sad, so he asked, "Why do I see Abu Umayr looking so sad?"They said, "His little bird that he used to play with has died."So he began saying, "Abu Umayr, what happened to the little bird?"

أن النبي ﷺ كان يدخل على أم سليم ولها ابن من أبي طلحة يكنى أبا عمير وكان يمازحه فدخل عليه فرآه حزينا فقال مالي أرى أبا عمير حزينا فقالوا مات نغره الذي كان يلعب به قال فجعل يقول أبا عمير ما فعل النغير
