The Prophet ﷺ said, "Here I am, responding to You with both Hajj and Umrah together."
حدثنا وكيع عن ابن أبي ليلى عن ثابت
أن النبي ﷺ قال لبيك بحجة وعمرة معا
Its isnad is sahih. The hadith was mentioned previously at 12805.
