I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, while he was handing materials to his companions as they were building the mosque, "Truly, the only life is the life of the Hereafter, so forgive the Ansar and the Muhajirun."
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا حماد بن سلمة عن أبي التياح الضبعي
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول وهو يناول أصحابه وهم يبنون المسجد ألا إن العيش عيش الآخره فاغفر للأنصار والمهاجره
