The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not practice continuous fasting."Someone said, "But you yourself fast continuously, Messenger of Allah."He replied, "I am not like any of you. My Lord feeds me and gives me drink."

إن رسول الله ﷺ قال لا تواصلوا فقيل إنك تواصل يا رسول الله قال إني لست كأحد منكم إن ربي يطعمني ويسقيني
