Anas bin Malik reported,

A group of people from the tribe of Ukl, or perhaps Urayna, came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, we are people of livestock and not of cultivated land," and they found the climate of Madinah unhealthy. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered that some camels be given to them and instructed them to go out with the camels and drink from their milk and urine. They went, but then they killed the shepherd of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, drove off the camels, and renounced Islam after having embraced it.The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent men in pursuit of them, and they were brought back. He had their hands and feet cut off, their eyes branded with hot iron, and left them in the lava field until they died.
