The Prophet ﷺ said, "In Paradise there is a tree such that a rider can travel in its shade for a hundred years and still not pass beyond it."Muamar said, Muhammad bin Ziyad informed me that he heard Abu Hurairah report this from the Prophet ﷺ, and Abu Hurairah would add, "Recite, if you wish, 'And extended shade'" [Waqiah 56:30].
حدثنا عبد الرزاق حدثنا معمر عن قتادة في قوله عز وجل {وظل ممدود}
أن النبي ﷺ قال إن في الجنة شجرة يسير الراكب في ظلها مائة عام لا يقطعها قال معمر وأخبرني محمد بن زياد أنه سمع أبا هريرة يقوله عن النبي ﷺ ويقول أبو هريرة واقرءوا إن شئتم {وظل ممدود}
