Anas bin Malik reported,

Regarding His statement "Indeed, We have granted you al-Kawthar" [Kawthar 108:1], the Prophet ﷺ said, "It is a river in Paradise."The Prophet ﷺ said, "I saw a river in Paradise whose banks were domes of pearl. I asked, 'What is this, Jibreel?' He replied, 'This is al-Kawthar which Allah has granted you.'"

في قوله عز وجل {إنا أعطيناك الكوثر} أن النبي ﷺ قال هو نهر في الجنة قال النبي ﷺ رأيت نهرا في الجنة حافتاه قباب اللؤلؤ فقلت ما هذا يا جبريل قال هذا الكوثر الذي أعطاك الله عز وجل
