Anas bin Malik reported,

The Prophet ﷺ came out to us and said, "Among you is one better than you," meaning the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, "and you recite the Book of Allah . Among you are the red and the white, the Arab and the non-Arab. A time will come when people will recite the Quran, straightening it as an arrow shaft is straightened, seeking its rewards in this world rather than deferring them to the next."

عن أنس بن مالك

عن النبي ﷺ أنه خرج إلينا فقال إن فيكم خيرا منكم يعني رسول الله ﷺ وتقرءون كتاب الله عز وجل فيكم الأحمر والأبيض والعربي والعجمي وسيأتي زمان يقرءون فيه القرآن يتثقفونه كما يتثقف القدح يتعجلون أجورهم ولا يتأجلونها
