The Messenger of Allah ﷺ visited a man from the Ansar who was ill and said to him, "Uncle, say, 'There is no god but Allah.'"The man asked, "Am I a maternal uncle or a paternal uncle?"The Prophet ﷺ replied, "A maternal uncle."The man asked, "Is it better for me to say, 'There is no god but Allah'?"The Prophet ﷺ answered, "Yes."

أن رسول الله ﷺ عاد رجلا من الأنصار فقال يا خال قل لا إله إلا الله فقال أخال أم عم فقال لا بل خال قال فخير لي أن أقول لا إله إلا الله فقال النبي ﷺ نعم
