We came in to visit Anas bin Malik along with Thabit, and Thabit said to him, "I have been suffering from an illness."Anas said, "Shall I not recite over you the supplication of Abu Qasim, peace and blessings be upon him?"Thabit replied, "Yes, please do."Anas said, "Say, O Allah, Lord of mankind, Remover of affliction, grant healing. You are the Healer. There is no healer but You. Grant such healing as leaves no trace of illness behind."

دخلنا على أنس بن مالك مع ثابت فقال له إني اشتكيت فقال ألا أرقيك برقية أبي القاسم عليه الصلاة والسلام قال بلى قال قل اللهم رب الناس مذهب البأس اشف أنت الشافي لا شافي إلا أنت اشف شفاء لا يغادر سقما
