The Messenger of Allah ﷺ established the bond of brotherhood between Quraysh and the Ansar in my two houses in Medina.Abu Abdul-Rahman said, Abu Ibrahim al-Muaqqib narrated this to us, and he was among the finest of people. Abu Abdul-Rahman spoke very highly of him.
حدثنا إسماعيل بن محمد وهو أبو إبراهيم المعقب حدثنا عباد يعني ابن عباد عن عاصم
وخالف رسول الله ﷺ بين قريش والأنصار في داري التي بالمدينة قال أبو عبد الرحمن حدثناه أبو إبراهيم المعقب وكان من خيار الناس وعظم أبو عبد الرحمن أمره جدا
