The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was never one to insult, use foul language, or curse. When he wished to reproach one of us, he would simply say, "What is the matter with him? May his forehead be touched with dust."
حدثنا يونس وسريج قالا حدثنا فليح عن هلال بن علي قال
لم يكن رسول الله ﷺ سبابا ولا فحاشا ولا لعانا وكان يقول لأحدنا عند المعتبة ما له تربت جبينه
