The Prophet ﷺ said, "I have exempted you from paying zakat on horses and slaves, so pay a quarter of a tenth."
حدثنا يزيد أنبأنا سفيان وشريك عن أبي إسحاق عن الحارث
عن النبي ﷺ قال عفوت لكم عن صدقة الخيل والرقيق فأدوا ربع العشور
The chain is daif due to the weakness of Harith al-Awar. It is an abridgment of 1232.
