The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave me a kunya based on a herb I used to gather.
حدثنا حجاج حدثنا شريك عن جابر عن أبي نصر أو خيثمة
كناني رسول الله ﷺ ببقلة كنت أجتنيها
Its isnad is daif because of Jabir bin Yazid Jufi, who deserves to be graded daif. Here he did not transmit the isnad accurately.The hadith was narrated by Tirmidhi (5/682, no. 3830) in the chapter on the virtues of Anas, from Jabir, from Khaythama, without doubt, and he named him Abu Nasr. He noted that Jabir alone transmitted it.
