The Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted the use of ruqyah for the evil eye, scorpion stings, and skin sores.

رخص رسول الله ﷺ في الرقية من العين والحمة والنملة
Its isnad is sahih. Asim is Ibn Sulayman al-Ahwal, and the hadith has already appeared at 12133.
