The Prophet ﷺ forbade a man from drinking while standing.
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا الدستوائي عن قتادة
أن النبي ﷺ نهى أن يشرب الرجل قائما
Its isnad is sahih. The hadith was narrated by Muslim (3/1600, no. 2024), Abu Dawud (3/336, no. 3717), and Tirmidhi (4/300, no. 1879), who said, "Hasan sahih." All of them recorded it in the chapters on drinks, under drinking while standing.
