The Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted the use of ruqyah for the evil eye, scorpion stings, and skin sores.
حدثنا وكيع بن الجراح الرؤاسي حدثنا سفيان عن عاصم الأحول عن يوسف
رخص رسول الله ﷺ في الرقية من العين والحمة والنملة
Its isnad is sahih. Yusuf is Ibn Abdullah bin Harith, and he is trustworthy. The hadith was narrated by Bukhari 10/205 no. 5741, in the Book of Medicine, ruqya for the evil eye, and Muslim 4/1725 no. 2196, in the Book of Greetings, the recommendation of ruqya against the evil eye, and Abu Dawud 4/11 no. 3887, in the Book of Medicine, on ruqyas, and Tirmidhi 4/394 no. 2056, who said, hasan gharib. And Ibn Majah 2/1162 no. 3516.
