The Messenger of Allah ﷺ established a pact of alliance between the Emigrants and the Helpers in our house. Sufyan said, it is as though he meant that he established a bond of brotherhood between them.
قال قرئ على سفيان سمعت عاصما
حالف رسول الله ﷺ بين المهاجرين والأنصار في دارنا قال سفيان كأنه يقول آخى
Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari narrated something similar 13/305 no. 7340 in Fath al-Bari, in the Book of Holding Fast, chapter on what the Prophet ﷺ mentioned and urged concerning the agreement of the people of knowledge, and Muslim 4/1960 no. 2529 in the Book of the Virtues of the Companions, chapter on the Prophet ﷺ establishing brotherhood among his companions.
