I asked Anas bin Malik, saying, "Tell me something you remember from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Where did he pray Dhuhr on the Day of Tarwiyah?"He replied, "At Mina."I asked, "And where did he pray Asr on the Day of Departure?"He answered, "At al-Abtah."Then he said, "Do as your leaders do."

سألت أنس بن مالك قلت أخبرني بشيء عقلته عن رسول الله ﷺ أين صلى الظهر يوم التروية قال بمنى وأين صلى العصر يوم النفر قال بالأبطح قال ثم قال افعل كما يفعل أمراؤك
Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari narrated it, 3/507, no. 1653, Fath, in Hajj, where to pray Dhuhr. Muslim, 2/950, no. 1309, in Hajj, the recommendation of tawaf al-ifadah. Abu Dawud, 2/188, no. 1912, in the rites, going out to Mina. And Nasai, 5/250, no. 2997.
