Its chain of transmission is daif, due to the weakness of Abdul-Ala bin Amir Thalabi. This hadith is a repetition of 700, where Abdul-Ala narrated it from Abu Abdul-Rahman Sulami, while here he narrates it from Ibn Hanafiya.
