The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The people of the highest ranks will be seen by those below them just as you see a rising star on one of the horizons of the sky. Indeed, Abu Bakr and Umar are among them, and how excellent they are."
حدثنا ابن فضيل حدثنا سالم يعني ابن أبي حفصة والأعمش وعبد الله بن صهبان وكثير النواء وابن أبي ليلى عن عطية العوفي
قال رسول الله ﷺ إن أهل الدرجات العلى ليراهم من تحتهم كما ترون النجم الطالع في أفق من آفاق السماء ألا وإن أبا بكر وعمر منهم وأنعما
Its isnad is hasan because of Atiya Awfi, and that is by the route of Amash from him. As for the route of Kathir Nawwa, it is daif, and likewise Salim bin Abu Hafsa and Abdullah bin Suhban are both subject to criticism. The hadith has already appeared at 11149. Ibn Fudayl is Muhammad bin Fudayl bin Ghazwan, who is trustworthy.
