The Prophet ﷺ said, "There will come rulers surrounded by entourages of people who oppress and lie. Whoever assists them in their oppression and confirms them in their lies is not from me, nor am I from him. But whoever does not confirm them in their lies and does not assist them in their oppression, I am from him and he is from me."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة قال سمعت قتادة يحدث عن سليمان أو أبي سليمان وحجاج قال حدثني شعبة وقال رجل من قريش
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال سيكون أمراء يغشاهم غواش أو حواش من الناس يظلمون ويكذبون فمن أعانهم على ظلمهم وصدقهم بكذبهم فليس مني ولا أنا منه ومن لم يصدقهم بكذبهم ولم يعنهم على ظلمهم فأنا منه وهو مني
Its isnad is sahih, via Qatada from Sulayman, and Sulayman is Ibn Qays al-Yashkuri, but it is daif via the second route due to an unknown narrator. The hadith has already appeared at 11125.
