I had a dream while I was writing out Surah Sad. When I reached the verse of prostration, I saw the inkwell, the pen, and everything in my presence turn over in prostration. I related this to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he continued to prostrate at that verse thereafter.
حدثنا ابن أبي عدي عن حميد عن بكر المزني قال
رأيت رؤيا وأنا أكتب سورة ص قال فلما بلغت السجدة رأيت الدواة والقلم وكل شيء بحضرتي انقلب ساجدا قال فقصصتها على رسول الله ﷺ فلم يزل يسجد بها
