The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "At a time when the ages are coming to an end and tribulations are appearing, a man called al-Saffah will emerge, and he will give out wealth by the handful."
حدثنا عثمان وسمعته أنا من عثمان حدثنا جرير عن الأعمش عن عطية العوفي
قال رسول الله ﷺ يخرج عند انقطاع من الزمان وظهور من الفتن رجل يقال له السفاح فيكون إعطاؤه المال حثيا

Its isnad is daif. Atiya Awfi transmitted it alone, and no one else corroborated him. The hadith without mention of Saffah has already occurred at 10954.
