Abu Saeed Khudri reported,

We set out with an army from Medina heading toward the east. In the army was Abdullah bin Sayyad. No one would travel alongside him, accompany him, eat with him, or drink with him, and they called him the Dajjal.One day while I was resting at a stop of mine, Abdullah bin Sayyad saw me sitting and came over until he sat down beside me. He said, "Abu Saeed, do you not see how these people treat me? No one travels alongside me, no one accompanies me, no one drinks with me, no one eats with me, and they call me the Dajjal. You yourself know, Abu Saeed, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'The Dajjal will not enter Medina,' and I was born in Medina. And I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'The Dajjal will have no children,' and I have had children. By Allah, because of what these people are doing to me, I have considered taking a rope, going off alone, tying it around my neck, and hanging myself just to be rid of them. By Allah, I am not the Dajjal. But by Allah, if I wished, I could tell you his name, his father's name, his mother's name, and the name of the village from which he will emerge."

حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا عوف عن أبي نضرة

عن أبي سعيد الخدري قال

أقبلنا في جيش من المدينة قبل هذا المشرق قال فكان في الجيش عبد الله بن صياد وكان لا يسايره أحد ولا يرافقه ولا يؤاكله ولا يشاربه ويسمونه الدجال فبينا أنا ذات يوم نازل في منزل لي إذ رآني عبد الله بن صياد جالسا فجاء حتى جلس إلي فقال يا أبا سعيد ألا ترى إلى ما يصنع الناس لا يسايرني أحد ولا يرافقني أحد ولا يشاربني أحد ولا يؤاكلني أحد ويدعوني الدجال وقد علمت أنت يا أبا سعيد أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إن الدجال لا يدخل المدينة وإني ولدت بالمدينة وقد سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إن الدجال لا يولد له وقد ولد لي فوالله لقد هممت مما يصنع بي هؤلاء الناس أن آخذ حبلا فأخلو فأجعله في عنقي فأختنق فأستريح من هؤلاء الناس والله ما أنا بالدجال ولكن والله لو شئت لأخبرتك باسمه واسم أبيه واسم أمه واسم القرية التي يخرج منها
